A PWA based app developed for West Bengal Urban Development and Municipal Affairs department to convert the lease rights of the land owned by its parastal bodies to free hold. The citizen centric app in which a citizen applies for the conversion of lease rights to freehold rights. The department verifies and approves the application as per the approval workflow.

The land details are fetched and verified in concurrence with the Directorate of Registration and Stamp Revenue.

The citizen has to pay the conversion fees using GRIPS and receive the conversion certificate.
